PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY OFFER REFUNDS. WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES.

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We recommend using a signed for or insured service to return the item(s) to us. FLINT TOWN is not liable for any returns that do not arrive back at our office.

IF THE ITEM DOES NOT FIT AND YOU WANT A DIFFERENT SIZE.
Because we only offer refunds, please create a new order on the website and send the items that are not suitable back to us for a full refund.

REFUNDS ON PROMOTIONAL OFFERS.
In the event that you wish to return an item from a promotional offer: For example as part of a 'buy one get one free'; you must return both items to receive a full refund.

REFUNDS

When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once the item(s) is approved for a refund we will update you via email. Your refund will be credited to your card/PayPal account within 10 working days of us approving the return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@flinttown.co
