Please note due to the ongoing EU/International customs restrictions, some courier companies are running at a reduced service. So some orders may take slightly longer to arrive.

Our working days are Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24hrs. Orders placed after 1pm Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. 

UNITED KINGDOM - Standard Shipping £3.99 or get FREE (£0.00) Standard Shipping when you spend £25 or more. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. This service is available on any UK order including Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.

EUROPE - International Tracked £12.00. Please allow 4-7 working days for delivery. You can view progress of your order online right through to delivery. Some European orders can take up to 14 days for delivery. Customers are responsible for any import fees due upon delivery.

USA & REST OF THE WORLD - International Tracked £20.00. Approx delivery time of 10 working days. You can view progress of your order online right through to delivery. Some international orders can take up to 21 days for delivery. Customers are responsible for any import fees due upon delivery.

Please note: Deliveries outside of the United Kingdom may incur custom charges. We cannot predict what these might be so please contact your local customs office to find out more. These fees are paid to the local carrier not Flint Town LTD. All international orders may be subject to tax and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are separate from any delivery fees. Customers are responsible for any import fees due upon delivery.
