DELIVERY & RETURNS
Our working days are Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24hrs. Orders placed after 1pm Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
Below are the delivery options for UK, EU and WORLDWIDE orders.
UK MAINLAND - Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For (£3.95 or FREE for orders £50 and over) please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. This service is available on any UK order including Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.
EUROPE - Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (£10.00) please allow 4-7 working days for delivery. You can view progress of your order online right through to delivery. Some European orders can take up to 14 days for delivery.
USA & REST OF THE WORLD - Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (£15.00) approx delivery time of 10 working days. You can view progress of your order online right through to delivery. Some international orders can take up to 21 days for delivery.

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We recommend using a signed for or insured service to return the item(s) to us. FLINT TOWN is not liable for any returns that do not arrive back at our office.

Because we only offer refunds, please create a new order on the website and send the items that are not suitable back to us for a full refund.

When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once the item(s) is approved for a refund we will update you via email. Your refund will be credited to your card/PayPal account within 10 working days of us approving the return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
